If you have an Android device or and iPhone or an iPad, you might want to think about getting Pulse. Pulse is the most enjoyable RSS Reader I’ve found. The design is smart and easy to use. I like it better than Flipboard. You can choose from a variety of curated channels and/or link to the feeds in Google Reader. You can also add Digital Landfill as a channel (hint hint). All you need to do is search on “Digital Landfill” and you’ll see it in the list (see picture for the screen shot on the iPhone).
I’m in the planning stages for a new “8 things” project. Super secret details to be announced soon. Want to get in on the ground floor as a content contributor? Send me a quick e-mail at johnmanciniaiim.org and I’ll put you on the contact list when I get things rolling. BTW, here’s the link for the 8 things posts and here’s the link for the some of the resulting 8 things e-books.
Just a quick note to Digital Landfill e-mail subscribers… Beginning next week, you will get a weekly digest of posts to the Digital Landfill blog. Our objective is to cut down the volume of your email from the blog. So watch for the first email digest May 31 on TUESDAY and every Tuesday thereafter. No transition is without its bumps, so let me know at johnmanciniaiim.org if you experience problems.
